Policies & Booking info
Please become familiar with these policies, as they are in place to help protect me from loss of income as well as helps me uphold my personal boundaries which in turn prevents burnout and allows me to perform efficiently and fairly in my full time career!

Cancellation Policy
I appreciate at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling to allow me enough time to fill your spot. Less that 24 hours notice will result in a 50% fee of your booked service. No call/no-showing your appointment will result in a 100% fee of your booked service. If you cancel last minute often, or no call/no-show more than once, you will unfortunately no longer be able to book with me in the future.
Arriving 10+ minutes late to your appointment may result in a shortening of your service such as no nail art, taking down length, etc. Arriving 15 minutes late will result in a 50% fee and a rescheduling of your appointment. If I am running 10+ minutes behind schedule, I will do my best to notify you before you arrive and will make adjustments as needed so your appointment time is not shortened.
I can be understanding of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances such as waking up sick, flat tire, etc. In these situations your communication and honesty is very important, and I’m more than happy to work with you. Please please reschedule if you have a fever or symptoms of a contagious sickness.
Payment
I accept cash or card including Apple Pay and google pay. I do not carry change for cash payments. There is a 3.5% processing fee for all card transactions. I require a card on file through my secure POS system at all times. This card will only be charged in the event of enforcing my cancellation/late policies. Manually removing your card on file will result in no longer being able to book with me in the future.
Aftercare
Once you leave the salon it is your responsibility to take care of your nails. This includes never using your nails as tools, wearing gloves when cleaning/using chemicals, refraining from biting/picking at nails or surrounding skin, and most importantly applying cuticle oil to the cuticles and underside of nails AT LEAST once daily. I do not offer refunds on any services, however sometimes I make mistakes. Nail fix’s are free if I am notified within 5 days after your service, and are $5 per nail after that with the exception of gel polish wrinkling/peeling.
3 or more missing or broken nails will be charged as a full set.
